Drainage and Utilities. Prior to final site plan approval, the submitted drainage and utility plans <br />(referenced in preliminary plat review) should be subject to approval of the City Engineer. <br />Development Agreement/Covenants. As a condition of project approval, the applicant should <br />enter into a PDO development agreement with the City and post all the necessary security required <br />by it.
