Ms. Wyland indicated <br />there are items to be completed, but the items had been <br />unavoidably delayed due to utility construction. <br />Mr. Mesich asked if the parking will be sufficient to <br />serve the addition. Ms. Wyland indicated this was taken <br />into consideration and there will be adequate parking. <br />Al Robinson made a MOTION to approve application 95-9-S, <br />Living Waters Church, 685 Birch Street, Site Plan Review <br />with the outlined conditions, and was supported by Guy <br />Herr. All voted aye. Motion carried. <br />B. 95-10-P, City of Lino Lakes, Minor Subdivision for <br />Apollo Business Park (Nol-Tec), Apollo Drive <br />Economic Development Director Wessel presented a brief <br />introduction to the property located within the Apollo <br />Business Park and Zoned General Industrial. Mr. Wessel <br />indicated the City is very pleased that Nol-Tec has <br />chosen Lino Lakes for their business location. <br />Planning Coordinator Wyland reviewed the requested Minor <br />Subdivision for Apollo Business Park (Nol-Tec Site) <br />Apollo Drive. She indicated that when the business park <br />was originally platted the City had prospects for Lots 2 <br />and 3 of Block 1, however, those prospects fell through. <br />Nol-Tec wishes to located in this area but requires a <br />slightly larger parcel of property than either of the <br />platted lots. Therefore, a minor subdivision is being <br />requested which will add the southwesterly two/thirds of <br />Lot 3 to Lot 2 for a total area of 3 acres. The <br />remainder of Lot 3 will be added to Outlot A for future <br />platting. <br />Ms. Wyland indicated staff would recommend approval of <br />the minor subdivision to facilitate the development of <br />Nol-Tec Systems Inc. The target date for Nol-Tec to be <br />in their new building is set for September. <br />Bill Johnson made a motion to approve application 95-10- <br />P, City of Lino Lakes, Minor Subdivision for Apollo <br />Business Park (Nol-Tec) Apollo Drive, and was supported <br />by Al Robinson.
