Each of the 14 buildings is shown to be served by a single watermain and sanitary sewer <br />connection. Instead, each of the condominiums within the building should have an individual <br />service. At the very least, manholes should be provided at each lateral to a building. <br />3. Though the capacity of the lift station is limited, sewer stubs should be provided to serve the <br />remainder of the area northeast of the Lake Drive/Aqua Lane intersection. <br />4. The minimum sanitary sewer lateral size diameter is 8". <br />Watermain <br />1. A feasibility study must be prepared to evaluate the adequacy of the existing water system and the <br />impact of the proposed development on the systema. <br />2. If each condominium unit is not served individually, gate valves will be required at each building <br />lateral. <br />3. As part of the Shores of Marsha= improvements, a 12" trunk watermain was installed along the <br />east side of Lake Drive. The Comprehensive Water Plan calls for this 12" trunk watermain to be <br />extended south along Lake Drive and east along Aqua Lane. These trunk watermain <br />improvements must be constructed with this project. <br />Storm Sewer <br />1. A detailed review of the storm sewer system and drainage computation will be completed along <br />with the feasibility study to be prepared for the other improvements. <br />2. A culvert will be required beneath the Stagecoach Trail cul-de-sac. <br />Miscellaneous <br />1.
