Buffer yard performance standards. <br />3. Timing and responsibility for maintenance and warranty. <br />Subd. 27. Landscaping <br />This section should be expanded to include: <br />1. Require submission of landscape plans for commercial, industrial, multiple family <br />developments and for single family subdivision. <br />2. Ordinance should identify where landscape details are required: <br />a. Building perimeter. <br />b. Periphery of subdivision. <br />c. Screening areas. <br />3. Performance standards for landscaping: <br />a. Desired species. <br />b. Size. <br />c. Location. <br />d. Warranty. <br />e. Irrigation. <br />4. Tree Preservation. <br />5.
