MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Planning & Zoning B and Members <br />FROM: Mary Ray Wyland <br />DATE: August 24, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: P & Z Work Session <br />At the last P & Z meeting, a Work Session was scheduled for Friday, <br />September 1, 1995 at 7:00 a.m. We have at least two members who <br />will be unable to attend that meeting, therefore, I have <br />rescheduled the Work Session to Wednesday, September 13, 1995, <br />following the regular Planning & Zoning Board Meeting. At this <br />time there is a very light agenda for that evening. I would <br />suggest we adjourn and reconvene in Work Session form. <br />Hopefully, this arrangement is agreeable to all - see you on the <br />13th! <br />NOTE: A special neighborhood/community meeting has been <br />rescheduled for September 5, 1995 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council <br />Chambers to discuss the proposed Animal Ordinance. <br />
