Planning & Zoning Board <br />January 12, 1994 <br />There was some discussion by the P & Z regarding the proposed <br />ordinance amendment. It was decided that this item would be <br />discussed at a later date and a public hearing was not <br />scheduled at this time. <br />Mr. Landers then made a motion and was supported by Mr. <br />Gelbmann to approve the rezoning of this subject property from <br />R-1 to R -1X for the reasons outlined in the Dec. 6, 1993 <br />Planning Report. All voted aye, except Mr. Schones who <br />abstained. Motion carried. <br />V. ADJOURNMENT: Upon the unanimous consent of the Board the <br />meeting was adjourned at 11:55 P.M. <br />11 <br />
