The applicant has submitted insufficient preliminary plat <br />data, therefore, the applicant must submit a plat which <br />includes all proposed lots and blocks, including the proposed <br />park and business district prior to any formal recommendation. <br />3. In regard to the Planned Development Overlay (PDO)/Site Plan <br />review, the proposal does not meet performance standards <br />within the R-4 Zoning District or the State shoreland <br />standards for PUD, therefore, our office recommends the <br />request not to be approved.
