Planning & Zoning Items <br />- Item V C, Public Hearing for Hokanson Development - Marshan <br />Townhomes, has been withdrawn by the applicant. See attached <br />letter. This item will be reviewed by the P & Z at a later <br />date. <br />- We have had a request by Michelle <br />speak under Open Mike. <br />- The City has "frozen" building <br />development pending resolution <br />entrance to the subdivision. <br />Whitney, 7651 Lake Drive, to <br />permits to the Quail Ridge <br />of the dirt pile at the <br />- The Public Notice for the Woods of Baldwin Lake II plat <br />incorrectly stated that Woodcrest Avenue rather than Woodridge <br />Lane would be extended as a part of the plat. The incorrect <br />notice appeared in the paper and was corrected the following <br />week. The notification that went out to adjoining property <br />owners indicated the correct verbiage. The City Attorney has <br />determined that the public notice adequate. <br />- ADDITIONAL COMMENTS REGARDING ACCESSORY BUILDINGS: <br />The Building Inspector, Pete Kluegel, stated that "he backs <br />the existing Accessory Building Ordinance 100%". He would not <br />be in favor of a revision to that ordinance. <br />A telephone <br />Forest <br />survey today indicated the following: <br />Lake 1,500 sq. ft. total allowed, limit <br />of 1,000 sq. ft. per building <br />Forest Lake Twnshp Detached buildings limited to 1,000 <br />sq. ft. (this does not include <br />attached garages). Limit remains <br />the same from 15,000 square feet up <br />to 10 acres. <br />Columbus Twnshp <br />Less than 2 1/2 acres = 1,800 sq. <br />ft. total if no attached garage. If <br />property contains attached garage <br />then the limit on detached is 1,200 <br />sq. ft. <br />
