The baffled weir on the sedimentation pond outlet needs to be tied into the embankment. <br />Streets: <br />1. The typical roadway section which shows the private utility placement locations is not current. <br />2. The curb grade on Baldwin Lake Road should be set to maintain the existing drainage patterns as <br />much as possible. <br />3. The homes along the north side of White Pine Road will particularly be affected by the roadway <br />construction due to their close proximity. <br />4. TKDA is currently developing a proposed alternative roadway section which would reduce the <br />impact on adjacent wetlands. If accepted by the City, it would be applicable to portions of both <br />Woodridge Lane and Baldwin Lake Road where curb installation is not a necessary part of the <br />storm sewer system <br />Miscellaneous <br />1. A neighborhood meeting with the property owners abutting the street and utility improvements <br />should be held to discuss the project in more detail, possibly including estimated assessments for <br />utility connection. <br />2.
