r'l 0 -4 1 .} _ A - <br />Lighting. The site plan does not indicate whether lighting is to <br />be provided to illuminate off-street parking areas. If such <br />lighting is to be provided, specific light standard locations <br />should be illustrated on the site plan. The Zoning Ordinance <br />stipulates that any lighting used to illuminate off-street parking <br />areas must be arranged to reflect light away from adjoining <br />property. <br />Signs The submitted site plan does not indicate whether any <br />signage is to exist on site. Any signs to be erected upon the site <br />must comply with applicable L -I District sign requirements. <br />aril.01415_4115.1..IWOIMMULJELMI. As a condition of site and building <br />plan approval, a grading and drainage plan should be submitted for <br />review.
