Member introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />LINO LAKES PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />RESOLUTION NO. _ <br />Resolution Regarding Tax Increment Financing Plan For Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 1-4 <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council and Economic Development <br />Authority have authorized preparation of a tax increment financing <br />plan (Plan) for the proposed Tax Increment Financing District No. <br />1-4; and <br />WHEREAS, the Plan has been submitted to the Planning and <br />Zoning Board for its comments pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />469.174 to 469.179; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plan <br />and compared it with the City's Comprehensive Plan and other plans <br />for development of the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning and Zoning <br />Board of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-4 is <br />found to be consistent with the plans for development of the <br />City of Lino Lakes as a whole. <br />2. It is recommended that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hold the public hearing required by law and adopt the <br />Plan. <br />Dated <br />ATTEST <br />James A.
