AGENDA ITEM C) <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR Mary Kay Wyland <br />DATE November 4, 1993 <br />TOPIC Resolution Regarding Tax Increment Financing <br />for District No. 1-4 <br />The Planning & Zoning Board will recall approving site & building <br />plans for Accu Tool Inc. and Perceptive Engineering. Both <br />operations are to be located in the Apollo Business Park and have <br />requested some assistance using tax increment financing. <br />To facilitate acceptance of the Tax Increment Financing Plan for <br />these two projects the P & Z must, according to State Statutes, <br />adopt a Resolution acknowledging compliance with our Comprehensive <br />Plan and other development plans for the City. These findings have <br />been made in approving the original site and building plans for <br />these projects. <br />The attached Resolution provides the necessary documentation <br />indicating P & Z approval of the Tax Increment Financing Plan for <br />District No. 1-4. <br />1.
