d. The Minnesota State Board of Electricity Rules Chapter <br />34800.1100 through 3800.3100, revised September, 1989, and <br />any future revisions, modifications or amendments thereto, are <br />hereby adopted by reference, except for those which have been <br />established by city council resolution. With regard to such rules <br />adopted by reference, wherever the phrase "request for <br />inspection" is used therein, substitute the words "apply for <br />electrical permit" and wherever the words "the board" referring to <br />the state board of electricity are used therein, substitute the <br />words "the city." <br />Section 2: Effective Date. <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) after its passage and publication by the <br />Lino Lakes City Council. <br />Passed this <br />day of , 1995 by the Lino Lakes City Council. <br />Vernon Reinert, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Marilyn Anderson, Clerk <br />
