STAFF ORIGINATOR: Jackie Constant <br />Date: November 7, 1995 <br />TOPIC: 2nd Reading Amending Commercial Solid <br />Waste Collection Ordinance. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Currently, Ordinance No. 95-94 was passed on April 11, 1994 <br />requiring licenses for Commercial Solid Waste Collection. <br />The initial ordinance was proposed to limit the number of <br />Commercial solid Waste licenses to six(6). This ordinance <br />should have read (7) licenses. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1) Adopt the second reading of Ordinance Amendment 17-95. <br />2) Do not pass second reading. <br />
