207.27 Health Care Benefit Package <br />Explains that employees will be offered health, life, and disability insurance <br />as part of their employment situation. Contribution rates will differ <br />depending on your employee group. <br />207.28 Deferred Compensation <br />The City offers pre-tax and saving programs through payroll deductions. <br />In addition employees may receive in the form of deferred compensation, <br />50% of their annual accrued unused sick leave after 720 hours to the <br />maximum of 920 hours. (720 hours is roughly 7.5 years of employment <br />without using a sick day) <br />Currently in union contracts. <br />(new) <br />207.29 Short -Term Disability <br />The City offers short-term disability insurance for employees who may <br />be out of work for up to 26 weeks.
