If for any <br />reason the minor subdivision is not approved by the City, this Site <br />Plan Review shall become null and void. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed this request at their <br />October 11, 1995 meeting and recommended approval with the <br />conditions outlined above. <br />OPTIONS <br />1.
