TKDA <br />DATE <br />TOPIC <br />December 15. 1995 <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 95-187 <br />Receive Feasibility Report and Call a Public Hearing <br />for Clearwater Creek Trunk Utilities <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Lino Lakes City Council ordered the preparation of this Feasibility Report at the <br />regular meeting on September 11, 1995. This report addresses the need for trunk utility <br />service in the southeast quadrant of 1-35E/Main Street to support development of <br />businesses in that area. <br />In accordance with Minnesota State Statute Section 429 and the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter, the Feasibility Report is to be received by the City Council and a public hearing <br />scheduled. The public hearing will be held at the City Council meeting scheduled for <br />January 22, 1996. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 95-187 <br />2. Return the matter to staff for further review. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option No. 1 - Approve Resolution No. 95-187 receiving the Feasibility Report for the <br />Clearwater Creek Trunk Utility Improvements and call a Public Hearing <br />to be held January 22, 1995. <br />
