Any alcohol and/or drug testing other than that required for operators of Commercial Motor Vehicles <br />shall be in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 181.950.957 (1987), the Minnesota Drug and Alcohol <br />Testing in the Workplace Act. <br />CONTACT <br />The employer designated contact person will coordinate the implementation, direction, and <br />administration of the City's alcohol and controlled substances policy.
