The areas included: <br />Finance <br />Community Development <br />Personnel <br />Labor Relations <br />Community Projects <br />Communications <br />The Council also went through the feedback report +an 'the Assessment of <br />Leadership Practices that I participated in this year. <br />That the City Administrator proceed to the next step in the City's <br />Program given a satisfatory Evaluation. <br />That the City Administrator's performance was unsatisfactory and <br />progression to the next step be denied. <br />Council Perogative <br />
