The proposed subdivision overlays a 51 acre tract of land, located north of County E.oad <br />153 (Lilac Street) between County Road 531 (Sunset Road) and Fourth Avenue. The southern <br />portion of the subject site is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential, while the northern portion <br />(in which an Airpark component is proposed) is zoned R, Rural. <br />To accommodate the proposed development, the following approvals have been requested at this <br />time: <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment (MUSA Boundary and Sewer Plan). <br />2. Rezoning of northern portion of the site (Airpark lots) from R, Rural to R-1, Single <br />Family Residential (see Exhibit D). <br />3.
