"Typical" building elevations and floor plans are submitted which identify structure height, <br />exterior finish materials, and proposed dwelling unit areas. <br />2. A landscape plan be submitted which identifies the location, variety, and size of all <br />proposed site landscaping. Specific attention should be given to that portion of the site <br />abutting Interstate 35 and area east of the proposed single family homes. <br />3. To provide an assurance that parking supply shall meet parking demand, the following <br />conditions should be upheld through deed restriction: <br />A. The dwelling units are occupied only by elderly residents (55 years and over). <br />B. All garage spaces are provided without fee. <br />C. There shall be no dwelling unit conversions for family use. <br />D. No outdoor storage be allowed in the designated parking spaces. <br />4. Deadend driveway concerns are resolved. <br />5. No parallel parking is allowed on the private streets on the site. 0t6 ' i <br />P,4096J <br />6. The off-street parking areas, driveways, and private streets are surfaced in bituminous <br />material. <br />7.
