The Council will transfer the portion of Interceptor No. 76-50 described in <br />Exhibit A attached hereto to the Municipality at no cost to the Municipality. <br />Section 5. Municipality acknowledges that it is the intent of Council to abandon that <br />portion of MCWS Interceptor Project 76-50 south of Lift Station No. 53 and that no portion of <br />MCWS Project 76-50 south of Lift Station No. L-53 will be transferred to the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Section 6. Council and Municipality hereby agree that the Land Use Agreement dated <br />January 29, 1980 between City of Lino Lakes and the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission <br />will terminate effective December 31, 1996.
