The <br />finished side shall face away from the fence owner's lot. <br />(8) No fence shall be permitted on public rights-of-way. <br />(9) Fences which are ninety percent (90%) open (barb wire, <br />chain link, woven wire, and other similar type fences) which <br />are for the sole purpose of containing non-domestic animals <br />are not subject to the provisions of this ordinance and do not <br />require a building permit. Chain link fences shall have round <br />street parts and braces. <br />(10) Fences shall be at least ten percent (10%) open to <br />provide space for the passage of air. No used material shall <br />be used in construction of fences. <br />SECTION NO. 2.
