Council Member Bergeson introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 95-28 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br />TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND(CDBG) <br />WHEREAS; As of December 31, 1994, there remains a pre -audit <br />negative cash balance in the CDBG Fund of approximately <br />$11,261.00 ($6,939 from 1993 and $4,322.00 from 1994) <br />and, <br />WHEREAS; A transfer must be made to cover the deficit in the fund, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT -RESOLVED, that $11,261.00 be transferred from <br />the General Fund to the CDBG fund to cover the negative cash <br />balance as of December 31, 1994. <br />Vernon Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilyn i.
