City of Lino Lakes <br />Page Five <br />COSTS <br />EXPENSES <br />The Brimeyer Group, Inc. will bill expenses directly related to the assignment with the City <br />Council's prior approval. Necessary expenses include mileage, meals; long distance telephone; <br />printing; credential verifications; courier service; administrative expenses; and the cost of <br />placing announcements. Based on our experience, our expenses for completing the full search <br />would be in the range $500 to $1,000. The estimate does not include any costs associated with <br />candidates' expenses for the final interview. <br />FEE FOR SERVICE <br />To do the full assignment, we propose a fee of $10,000. The fee includes the following <br />services: <br />Phase I <br />Meet with the City Council and City Administrator, staff, and other individuals <br />Develop of the Position Profile <br />Draft Position Profile <br />Present Profile for approval <br />Contact sources <br />Place announcements <br />Prepare and present Progress Report <br />Phase II <br />Screen and evaluate candidates <br />Administer assessment instrument <br />Background/reference checks <br />Schedule and coordinate candidates' interviews with the City of Lino Lakes <br />Participate in interviews <br />Develop compensation package <br />Participate in negotiations <br />Phase III <br />Development of Work Program (six months after employment) <br />
