The City is requesting <br />regulatory flexibility in terms of sewered lot size and impervious <br />surface standards to accommodate a reasonable level of urban <br />development. In exchange for the flexibility, the City is <br />proposing to adopt the State's more stringent requirements on <br />shoreland screening, setbacks, storm water management, erosion <br />control, and setbacks. <br />9 <br />
