AGENDA ITEM 10 <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR Brian Wessel <br />DATE September 25, 1995 <br />TOPIC Annual Hot Air Balloon Contract <br />The promotional program that included use of Mary LaForest's hot air balloon carrying <br />the economic development logo was a great success in 1995. The use of the balloon <br />has been a cost effective and integral part of our promotional program. The contract <br />expired September 7, 1995. To maintain continuity in our promotional program, I am <br />recommending the council approve the annual contract with Blue Yonder Bafloon Co. <br />The terms of the contract will remain the same in 1996. <br />1. Approve the contract between Blue Yonder Balloon Company and the City of Lino <br />Lakes <br />2. Return to staff for further consideration <br />.OMMENDATION <br />Option 1 <br />
