SEP -22-95 FEI 10:03 LAW OFFICES <br />FAX NO. 7842305 <br />A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />AND BLUE YONDER BALLOON CO. <br />FOR ADVERTISING SERVICES <br />P. 02 <br />THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this day of <br />19, by and between the City of Lino Lakes, a municipal corporation, 1189 Main <br />Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014, hereinafter referred to as .,City.', and Mary <br />LaForest d/bla Blue Yonder Balloon Co., 4819 Wood Avenue, White Bear Lake, <br />Minnesota 55110, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor". <br />WHEREAS, the City deems it advantageous to advertise the benefits of residing <br />and conducting business within the City of Lino Lakes to prospective residents and <br />commercial enterprises; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes allow the expenditure of public funds for <br />advertising purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, Blue Yonder Balloon Co. has proposed advertising the City by the <br />carrying of a banner on a hot air balloon owned by Contractor. <br />NOW, 11-IEREFORE, in consideration of mutual promises and agreements <br />contained herein, the parties do agree as follows: <br />1. TERM. The term of this Contract shall be from , 19 <br />to , 19, the date of signature of the parties notwithstanding, untes5 <br />earlier terminated as provided herein. <br />2.
