Council member Elliott introduced the following <br />resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-96 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLOSURE OF THE 1989B CERTIFICATES OF <br />INDEBTEDNESS AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO THE CLOSED BOND FUND <br />WHEREAS, the 1989B Certificates of Indebtedness matured February 1, 1995, and <br />WHEREAS, there remains a balance in this fund. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized effective <br />July 31, 1995. <br />Increase Decrease <br />Closed Bond Fund (301) 20,166.91 <br />1989B Certificates of Indebtedness (304) (20,166.91) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August, 1995. <br />. <br />Marilyn d.
