Council member <br />Elliott <br />resolution and move its adoption: <br />introduced the following <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-97 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLOSURE OF THE 1988A G.O. IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO THE CLOSED BOND FUND <br />WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the early redemption of the 1988A G.O. <br />Improvement Bonds November 16, 1994, and <br />WHEREAS, these Bonds were redeemed on February 1, 1995, and <br />WHEREAS, there remains a balance in this fund. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized effective <br />July 31, 1995. <br />Closed Bond Fund (301) <br />1988A G.O. Improvement Bond Fund (302) <br />Increase Decrease <br />266,780.68 <br />(266,780.68) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August, 1995. <br />G � <br />Vernon F.
