Scope and authority <br />1. These activities shall include investigation, study analysis, <br />planning and reporting and recommendations to Council. <br />2. The Committee shall establish its own rules, regulations, and <br />procedures to guide the conduct of Committee activities. <br />3. The Commission shall record the minutes of each meeting which <br />shall be filed in the office of the City Manager, and be <br />delivered to the Mayor and the City Council. <br />4. T!!e Committee shall be advisory only and subject to the <br />direction and control of the City Council, <br />5. Creation of this Committee precludes further work of the <br />existing Storm Water Committee whose members may submit <br />applications for appointment to this Committee. <br />P.04/04 <br />
