Grochala <br /> <br /> <br />GENERAL/MINUTES <br /> <br />Approval of minutes from February 6, 2003 were approved. <br /> <br />35E TRANSPORTATION STUDY <br /> <br />Mr. Grochala said the first priority along 35E is transportation infrastructure. The city <br />council has formed the Tri-City Coalition with Hugo, Centerville, Columbus Township <br />and Anoka and Washington Counties. Reconstruction of the bridge is not in MnDot's <br />plans. The cities need to come together with a plan in order to get MnDot support. The <br />city is in a process to gather a list of traffic related issues. Members suggested: <br /> Interchange on 80th Street <br /> Development of collector streets <br /> Another bridge crossing, potentially at Birch Street <br /> County Road J full interchange <br /> Connection of 35W and 35E <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />Miss Divine explained EDAC appointed a chair and vice-chair annually. Ms. Schwartz <br />nominated Mr. Juni for chair. Mr. Vacha seconded the nomination. Mr. Vacha <br />nominated Ms. Schwartz for vice-chair. Ms. Hansmann seconded the motion. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />STADIUM MARKET ANALYSIS <br /> <br />Mr. Grochala summarized Anoka County's discussions with developers and with the <br />Vikings regarding development potential within the county. The Vikings want to
