Planning & Zoning Board <br />June 14, 2017 <br />Page 9 <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br /> <br />Mr. Stoesz commented that when people think of the Comprehensive Plan, they look at <br />the land use plan. Mr. Stoesz noted the key should be to have ownership of the roads and <br />to make it more clear for the residents. <br /> <br />Mr. Stimpson commented that Lino Lakes has a lot of county roads that are out of control <br />of the city but could be a threat. The county wants to make a road bigger but the city does <br />not want that. Chair Tralle stated that the county roads are in better shape than the city <br />streets. <br /> <br />Chair Tralle asked if surveys could be present at the open house. Ms. Lindahl confirmed <br />that there would be surveys available. <br /> <br />Mr. Stoesz asked if there was a plan to present to the charter commission. Ms. Larsen <br />stated that it is unknown at this time. <br /> <br />B. Project Updates <br /> <br /> Eagle Liquors retail site, the last building of the Market Place development is <br />under construction. <br /> United Properties project is currently being painted. <br /> <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Perry made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 8:17 p.m. Motion was supported <br />by Mr. Masonik.
