2. Additional hydrants may need to be added to provide adequate <br />coverage. <br />STORM SEWER <br />1. A minimum velocity of 3 fps must be maintained for storm sewer <br />design. <br />2. The City typically uses a minimum culvert diameter of 18 inches. <br />The majority of the storm sewers as shown are 12 or 15 inch at flat <br />slopes which will be more susceptible to freezing. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />1. Final approval of the site grading and utility plans is subject <br />to review and approval of the City Engineer <br />2. No erosion control is indicated on the grading plan. <br />3. Separate services should be provided to the individual units. <br />The termination point of the City's maintenance responsibilities <br />must be clearly defined. <br />4.
