MASTERMAN <br />Please find enclosed a Resolution prepared by the North Central Suburban Cable <br />Communications Commission for your consideration, authorizing your representative to the <br />Commission to vote in favor of the Memorandum of Understanding which the Commission has <br />previously forwarded to your attention. <br />Most cities have informed the Commission office that they have had time to review the <br />document and are ready to consider it at the council level. The actual agreement is between the <br />Commission and Meredith Cable, but the City will have to adopt ordinance amendments to effect <br />certain provisions of the Memorandum.
