AGENDA ITE1ll 4 A <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR Mary Kay Wyland <br />DATE <br />TOPIC <br />August 14, 1995 <br />95-23 S, Centennial School District, <br />Street <br />inor Subdivision, Elm <br />Centennial School District #12 is in the process of preparing a bond issue for <br />construction of a new school on property owned by the District north of Elm Street. <br />In planning for the proposed construction it was determined that additional property <br />should be added to the school district site to facilitate the proposed construction. <br />This additional property consisted of approximately the north half of five (5) residential <br />sites along Elm Street. Those sites are outlined on the attached preliminary survey <br />document. <br />A minor subdivision is necessary to facilitate the sale of these properties to the Cchool <br />District. The pieces to be subdivided are indicated below: <br />Parcel A consists of the north 145 x 247.39 feet of the Thoeny property at 221 <br />Elm Street. Some outbuildings on this parcel are located approximately 350 <br />feet from EIm Street, therefore, only the north 145 feet is being split from this <br />parcel. <br />Parcel C consists of the north 290.50 x 308.56 feet of <br />231 EIm Street. <br />he Walter property at <br />Parcel E consists of the north 290.50 x 216 feet of the Mira <br />Elm Street. <br />Parcel G consists of the north 290.50 x 251 feet of the Matushak property at <br />291 Elm Street. This parcel of property is a separate lot of record and does not <br />need to be subdivided to facilitate the sale. It is being mentioned now for <br />information purposes only. <br />
