4. Any rezoning and site plan approval is subject to the <br />Metropolitan Waste Control Commission (MWCC) approval for <br />additional sewer connections necessary to develop the Howard's <br />proposal as shown. The City will seek necessary approvals <br />from the MWCC. <br />5. Any rezoning and site plan approval will be subject to the <br />Howards obtaining MNDOT, and other necessary approvals, for <br />the additional highway connection which will be required for <br />the entrance to the expanded manufactured home park. <br />6. The Howards will provide the City will a set of rules and <br />regulations which will govern the rental, operation and <br />maintenance of the expanded mobile home park. Said rules and <br />regulations shall be at least as stringent as those presently <br />in effect for the existing park. <br />7. During the pendency of the application of the Howards as set <br />forth in this Agreement, the parties will jointly request that <br />the Court continue pretrial and trial dates presently set in <br />this matter. <br />8.
