Permit. #94201 rued 1-12-95 <br />Location: East of Fawn Lane between Birch Street and Reshaaau Lake, Lino <br />Lakes. <br />Purpose: Land Development Plan for a residential development to be known as <br />Country Lake Estates, 53 lots, 33.0 ± acres. <br />We have received the Certificate of Survey for Outlot A of Country Lakes Estates, prepared by Hult <br />& Associates dated 7/2/96, which proposes to vacate a portion of the drainage easement and create <br />an additional building site on Parcel A. <br />Based on a review of the site in the field, we find the easement area proposed to be vacated is not <br />jurisdictional wetland, and we therefore have no objection to this change.
