Agreements have not been signed, staff is recommending that Council award the <br />contract contingent upon the execution of the Right -of -Entry Agreements. <br />FINANCING SUMMARY: <br />The construction costs for this project will be paid by the benefiting property <br />owners along the project length, including the Centennial School District and Mr. <br />Glenn Rehbein. The City's portion of cost includes the oversizing of trunk utility <br />lines per City policy. <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE: <br />It is anticipated that construction will begin by October 14, 1996, and will be <br />complete by July 31, 1997. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Return to staff for further review. <br />2. Adopt Resolution Number 96 - 128, awarding a construction contract for the <br />Centennial Middle School Street and Utility Improvements contingent upon <br />the receipt of Right -of -Entry Agreements. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that option 2 be approved. <br />
