Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-139 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF A <br />PORTION OF FOURTH AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the portion of Fourth Avenue from Elm Street to 35W appears not <br />to be needed for transportation purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That a public hearing be set for Monday, November 11, 1996, at 6:30 pm <br />to consider the vacation of Fourth Avenue from Elm Street to 35W. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of October, 1996. <br />John L. Anderson <br />Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, <br />adopted and approved by the City Council on October 14, 1996. <br />Marilyn G.
