 Maintain 6 boilers & HVAC systems (replace filters, motors, shafts and grease gears) at Civic Complex, Fire <br />Stations, Public Works, and Parks Buildings <br /> Maintain 13 AC units and 21 furnaces at Civic Complex, Fire Stations, Public Works, and Parks Buildings <br /> Periodically clean AC coils, fresh air intakes for all buildings <br /> Perform miscellaneous building repairs/maintenance such as plumbing repairs, door repairs, change light <br />bulbs/ballasts, leaks, painting and wall repairs <br /> Deliver janitorial supplies to Fire Stations and Public Works as needed <br /> Coordinate all contracted work for all government buildings <br /> Conduct special projects such as install shelving, wall hangings, appliance replacements <br /> Move and unload pallets of supplies for Civic Complex <br /> <br />Other/Misc. Responsibilities: <br /> Civil defense sirens - coordinate installations, repairs, and maintenance <br /> Assist clearing city streets, cul-de-sacs, trails, parking lots during snow plow events <br /> Provide 24 hour support for on call personnel <br /> Coordinate storm structure repairs <br /> Antenna lease space coordination <br /> Steam culverts in spring <br /> Pump water from landlocked areas per resident requests <br /> Deliver utility bills to post office monthly <br /> Troubleshoot electrical panels at Legacy community green and other park areas <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />June 27, 2017 <br />Budget Work Session 7-31-17 93
