Accident reports and statistics, subject to Privacy Act <br />requirements. <br />K. The most current traffic counts. <br />L. Any alignment ties, horizontal and vertical control monuments, <br />and relative data. <br />M. All partially completed and completed plans for construction <br />projects associated with the portion of Trunk Highway No. 49 <br />described in Article I hereof. <br />N. Road opening authority documentation and/or right-of-way <br />authority documentation. <br />ARTICLE III - RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />The State and the City, along with Anoka County, shall determine the <br />future right-of-way limits for the portion of Trunk Highway No. 49 <br />described in Article I hereof, prior to the transfer of land• title <br />for such roadway portion. <br />ARTICLE IV - PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT <br />The portion of Trunk Highway No. 49 described in Article I hereof <br />shall remain in the State's pavement management system, and when <br />appropriate receive program funds for project management, until such <br />time as the jurisdiction of such roadway portion has been transferred <br />to the City. <br />4 <br />
