Pecchia, Chief of Police <br />JANUARY - JUNE 1995 <br />SEMI ANNUAL REPORT <br />Investigator Steve Mortenson attended the John Reid and <br />Associates three (3) day seminar on the Reid Technique <br />of Interview and Interrogation. <br />Investigator Bruce Keller attended and successfully <br />completed on-the-job training with Anoka County <br />Criminal Investigation Division throughout the month of <br />February. <br />Sergeant Steve Mortenson and Chief of Police attended <br />the Emergency Management Continuity of Government <br />Course. <br />Office Manager Renee Kaulfuss attended the Criminal <br />Justice Reporting System training in Stillwater. <br />All officers attended and completed the Gamma -Shoot at <br />the Anoka County Gun Range. <br />Sgt. Mortenson & Hammes completed training on <br />"Negativity in the work place. <br />Officers Tim Ross and Brandon Young completed a <br />refresher course in first responder. <br />Officers Kent Strege, Brandon Young and Jeanie Kenow <br />have attended the first phase of Community Orientated <br />Policing. The series will continue in April. <br />Jeanie Kenow and Renee Kaulfuss attended a workshop on <br />writing newsletters.
