What threatens the community or city from achieving their goals? <br /> <br />• Poor economy <br />• Council/charter arguing—stalemate <br />• Price of gas at $4-$5 per gallon could keep people from work—lack of jobs <br />• Lack of funds to improve <br />• Taxes <br />• Not maintaining high level of public safety <br />
