3. A Building Permit for demolition shall be required prior to removal of either of <br />the accessory structures. <br />4. Sheet PP1, Preliminary Plat <br />a. The tree inventory chart shall be revised to note that tree #4022 was <br />accidently removed and 1 new tree is required for mitigation. <br />b. The tree inventory chart shall be revised to show that tree #4047 was not <br />removed. <br />5. Sheet L1, Landscape Plan <br />a. The Plan shall be revised to include one (1) new tree on Lot 1 required for <br />tree mitigation. <br />b. The Plan shall be revised to include one (1) more open space shrub. <br />c.
