An item was added to the Minutes section by Vice Chair
Dahl — a discussion of the level of detail required in the Commission minutes.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION by Commissioner Penn, seconded by Commissioner Dahl, to approve the July 12
minutes as corrected. Motion passes unanimously.
Vice Chair Dahl proposed that the Secretary captures the main themes in rather than attempting
to capture all of the details pertaining to all of the discussion. However, the Secretary would
ensure that the wording of all motions was verbatim as they were proposed. Commissioner Dahl
1
