Motion carried unanimously. <br />Commissioner Trehus requested to move item 6E ahead of item 6A. <br />MOTION by Commissioner Trehus, seconded by Commissioner Dahl, to consider item 6E ahead <br />of item 6A. Motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one was present for open mike. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A.
