He offered that the <br />Commission vote on the Charter and pass the amendments. He believed that an agenda could be <br />set for a joint meeting where this issue could be discussed and a solution could be found. He <br />stated that he and Mayor Reinert drafted a response to the letter received from Chair Lyden and <br />presented that letter to the Commission. <br />1 <br />
