He and his wife own five small dogs and do not qualify for a kennel license. He <br /> 20 provided references and other information about the dogs for the record and for the council to review. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 The matter will be discussed by the council at an upcoming work session. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 SETTING THE AGENDA <br /> 25 <br /> 26 The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1 A through 1G. Council <br /> 31 Member Roeser seconded the motion.
