<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-26 <br /> <br />APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS NO. 1 & 2, FINAL PAYMENT NO. 8, FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF WELL NO. 6 PUMP HOUSE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 15-125, adopted on October 26, 2015, the City Council, <br />awarded the contract for the Construction of Well No. 6 Pump House to Rice Lake Construction <br />Group; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contractor has satisfactorily completed the improvement and a complete <br />summary of costs are detailed in Change Orders No. 1 & 2 and Payment No. 8 (Final); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the work <br />completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Change Orders No. 1 & 2 and Payment Request No. 8 <br />(Final) is hereby approved for a final contract amount of $766,480.29. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of April, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
